A is for art therapy
Created by Bloom Art Therapy to support emotional awareness and creative self-regulation.
What if the ABCs taught kids how to feel, express, and create — not just spell?
This 52-page art therapy-informed alphabet book invites children (ages 3–11) to explore creativity in a way schools often don’t: through emotion, freedom, and joyful messiness. Each letter introduces a playful and meaningful art therapy concept, a new way of looking at art making, followed by a corresponding activity that promotes emotional expression, self-regulation, and artistic courage.
Created by a registered art therapist, this resource can be used in classrooms, therapy spaces, homeschooling environments, or at the kitchen table — wherever imagination lives.
