Service Description

This is a free 20-minute intro session to connect, ask questions, and see if art therapy feels like a good fit for you. There’s no pressure, no expectations, and you don’t need to be “good” at art. We can talk about what’s been coming up for you, what you're looking for, and how sessions might look. If it feels right, we can talk about next steps. If not, that’s completely okay too.
